Paper Submission

International Journal of Engineering, Science, Social Science & Management Studies (IJESSMS)

We invite original research papers, review articles, technical notes, and case studies for publication in the International Journal of Engineering, Science, Social Science & Management Studies (IJESSMS). Submissions should reflect high academic standards, contribute to the field, and follow ethical research practices.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Manuscript Format: MS Word (.doc/.docx), Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing

  • Length: 3,000 to 8,000 words (excluding references and appendices)

  • Language: English only

  • Referencing Style: APA/MLA/IEEE (as per discipline; please specify)

  • Plagiarism Policy: Manuscripts must be original and free from plagiarism. Similarity index should not exceed 10%.

  • Peer Review: All papers undergo a double-blind peer review process.

  • Publication Frequency: Monthaly

How to Submit:

  1. Prepare your manuscript according to the author guidelines.

    • Manuscript file (Word format)

Submission Preparation Checklist

Before submitting your manuscript, please ensure the following items are completed. Submissions that do not meet these requirements may be returned or delayed in the review process.

✅ 1. Manuscript File (Required)

  • Manuscript is in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format

  • Includes: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Main Text, References

  • Figures and tables are embedded or submitted separately

  • Page numbers included and consistent formatting followed

  • Word limit: 3,000–8,000 words (excluding references)

✅ 2. Title Page (Required)

  • Full title of the manuscript

  • Author(s) full name(s), institutional affiliation(s), and country

  • Clearly marked corresponding author with email ID

  • ORCID IDs included (if available)

✅ 3. Abstract and Keywords (Required)

  • Abstract: 150–250 words summarizing the paper

  • 4–6 relevant keywords listed under the abstract

✅ 4. References (Required)

  • All citations are included in the reference list and vice versa

  • Referencing style is consistent (APA/MLA/IEEE as per discipline)

✅ 5. Declaration and Ethical Compliance (Required)

  • Signed Author Declaration and Copyright Form attached

  • Plagiarism report attached (similarity index should be below 10%)

  • Conflicts of interest (if any) are disclosed

  • Ethical approval (if human/animal studies are involved)

✅ 6. Additional Documents (if applicable)

  • Cover Letter stating the significance and originality of the manuscript

  • Acknowledgments included in manuscript (if any)

  • Figures/tables submitted as separate files (for high-resolution output)

  • Supplementary material attached (if applicable)

✅ 7. Reviewer Suggestions (Optional)

  • 2–3 potential reviewers suggested with name, affiliation, and email

  •  No conflicts of interest with suggested reviewers

Authors who publish with the International Journal of Engineering, Science, Social Science & Management Studies (IJESSMS) agree to the following terms:

  1. Copyright Retention:
    Authors retain full copyright of their work. However, by submitting their manuscript, authors grant IJESSMS the non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, and distribute the article in print and online formats, and to archive it in electronic repositories.

  2. Licensing:
    All published articles are made available under an open access model, allowing free access and unrestricted use for non-commercial purposes, provided the original work is properly cited.

  3. Author's Responsibility:
    Authors must ensure that:

    • The submitted manuscript is original, does not infringe any existing copyright, and has not been published elsewhere.

    • All co-authors have agreed to the manuscript's submission and publication.

    • Proper acknowledgment is given to all sources and contributors.

  4. Third-Party Content:
    Authors must obtain permission for any copyrighted material (e.g., figures, tables, photos) included in their manuscript from external sources.

  5. Reproduction and Reuse:
    Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, or link to the full texts of the articles for non-commercial purposes without asking prior permission from the publisher or authors, provided proper citation is given.

  6. Copyright Transfer Form:
    A signed Author Declaration and Copyright Transfer Agreement must be submitted along with the manuscript. This form is available upon request or from the journal website.
